St Albans City were at home to Apsley in this Herts County League on Thursday evening and a keen and pleasant game, of which the homesteaders had much the larger part, was the result.
The City showed a pleasing return to form and a win for them by 4 goals to nil was fully deserved.
A good crowd was in attendance.
