Former Watford and Forest Green midfielder who joined The Saints in January 2016.
Al made 62 appearances for the Hornets during a 4 year period, he then had spells at Brighton, Blackpool and Gabala respectively before joining Forest Green Rovers where he made 83 appearances. Bangura then signed for Coventry City in 2015.
