Morias started a two-year scholarship with Wycombe Wanderers in 2011. He finished his first year as a scholar and signed his first professional contract in July 2012.He made his professional debut on 29 September 2012, in a 3-0 away to Dagenham & Redbridge in Football League Two, coming on as a substitute for Jo Kuffour.
After loan spells at Hendon and Boreham Wood, Morias contract was mutually terminated before the summer transfer window closed on 1 September 2014.
Following his release from Wycombe Wanderers, Morias joined Boreham Wood on a free transfer on 6 October 2014. After scoring the goal in extra-time to send Wood into the Conference National League for the first time at the end of the 2014-15 season, Morais joined final opponents Whitehawk on loan in January 2016. Morias rejected new terms with the National League side and signed for the Saints in July 2016. After a very successful first half to the season, Junior was signed by League One side, Peterborough United, for an undisclosed fee in January 2017.
