Son of former Manchester City and Portsmouth forward Lee, this towering attacker spent three years at Fratton Park before joining the ranks at Watford after a successful trial period last season.
Harvey played for the Hornets against the Saints in a behind closed doors friendly during the 2017/2018 pre-season and immediately caught the eye of Saints manager Ian Allinson. In January 2018 he joined the Saints on loan.
