A product of the Cambridge United Academy. He had a superb 2021/2022 season with U18s where he scored 21 goals across all competitions and played a major part in the team’s run to the FA Youth Cup Quarter Final and Cambridgeshire FA Invitation Cup success.
In November 2022, he was named in the Republic of Ireland’s 22-man squad for a friendly tournament against Sweden, Denmark, and Croatia.
Glenn signed for the Saints on an initial one-month loan at the end of December 2022. His deal was extended to the end of the season at the start of February.
