Very experienced midfielder who joined the Saints early in September 2007 after starting the season with neighbours Barnet. Began his career with Southend United and made his Football League debut with the Shrimpers before moving on to Brentford then Gillingham where he made in excess of 350 appearances - Walsall, Swindon Town and, last season, Torquay United where he took his total of League appearances to 549 during which time he scored 34 goals. Has previous non-league experience with AFC Sudbury. Made four appearances around the time of Hanlon's dismissal before moving on.
