Jon Munday was released by Championship side QPR in January 2007 after failing to make the breakthrough from the reserves to the first team.
He spent the remainder of the season at Hayes FC before being released when Hayes merged with Yeading during the close season.
He joined Kidderminster Harriers on trial but while he was biding his time waiting for a game he went out on loan to Worcester City for the remainder of the season where he won their player of the month award for April.
He signed for the Saints in November 2008.
Marked his debut by scoring during a 3-0 Herts Senior Cup win over Barnet in November 2008.
